We’re a rural church serving the communities of Woodstock, Edgerton, Ruthton, Pipestone, and the surrounding area. Our people are primarily farmers or serve our agricultural community in some way. We are Jesus-oriented, family-oriented, and community-oriented.
We have no great aspirations of becoming a mega-church, a “hip ‘n’ happ’nin'” church, or any other species of church. We just want to be us. We want to be faithful to our God. We want to love our neighbors. We want “to bind up the broken-hearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives . . . to comfort all who mourn . . . to bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes . . . and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair” — just like Jesus did.
Our doors are open to visitors, to the curious, to anyone needing a friend or hoping to encounter God Himself. We can't guarantee we'll be what you're looking for, but we can guarantee that you'll be loved and prayed for. You've already been prayed for. "May you know this love (God's amazing, unconditional, perfect love) that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to the measure with all the fullness of God."
